Ingredients:
Meaty Pork bones
Vinegar
Salt
Vegetables

Directions:
Salt and pepper bones and sprinkle with vinegar
Bake bones covered in a dutch oven at 250F for 4 hours
Remove meat from bones and chop coarsely
Saute vegetables in lard
Add meat at the end with 1tbsp butter

Bonus:  slowly simmer baked bones in water and a dash of vinegar for 8 hours for broth
